Tell us about yourself: Well, I'm a 18 year old male living in Jacksonville,
North Carolina. I want to become a physical therapist at East Carolina
University....Go Pirates!!!!!!! I have recently meet someone very
special to me. Her name is Siv. I don't doubt for a second that some
day I'm gonna marry her. I love to play the piano, and guitar. On
the weekends me and the guys go shoot pool, or bowling. Not much else
you can do in North Carolina. I have recently stumbled on this incredible
site by Nancy and I must say I'm impressed. I love it here, and will
not submit my poems any where else. All my poems are connected to
my love, Siv. She lives in Norway, but for me, her home is where ever
I am. Because of this beautiful woman I have put my brain to the test
and written some great poems. Before I was in a great depression.
I wrote December Flowers one night when the world came crashing on me,
I had no where to turn.....except for the bottle. I picked up a pen
and a piece of paper and wrote all my feelings down. Since then Siv has
came into my life and turned it completely around. Thanks Siv, I love you.

Tell us about yourself: Hello, my name is Kate and I am 17, yes 17!
I am 5 foot 10 with sort of long brown hair and blue eyes. People
are always asking me if I play basketball because I'm so tall. That
couldn't be any further from reality. Truth is, I've never been
athleticly inclined. I'm kind of a clutz. The most athletic thing
I've ever done is baton twirling, wow. I get frustrated cause I
always seem to end up dating jocks which I hate cause they always
want me to get into that sort of thing too. I don't even like to
watch sports, let alone play them. Although I'm only 17 I've been
engaged twice. Ya I know, I'm a little young to be in those sort
of relationships. I've always tried to grow up ahead of myself though
and I had a thing with pissing off my parents. I was quite a rebel,
although I'm starting to mellow out. I dropped out of high school
two years ago and just recently got my GED. I am now attending college
and I am majoring in Pschology. I just recently got published
by the National Library of Poetry, but I think its a scam cause I didn't
get paid and they are trying to sell me the book I got published in
for $60. I am a very curious person. I am a pessimist. I can be lazy
and argumentative. I have very high excpectations for my future.
I believe in monogomous relationships. When I get married, it will
be forever. I realize marrage is work, I think its sad how so many
see divorce as an easy out. Of course there are always exceptions.
I'd like to learn how to play the guitar and put my lyrics to music.
I was raised in a very christian home. I do not practice religion myself
as I think it can be decieving. I do have a personal and strange
relationship with God though and my beliefs fall somewhere inbetween
Christianity and Taoism. I am very head strong and I have an authority
complex. Well those are a few things about myself. Hope you enjoy
