The rain doesn't dance like it did
The sunshine has stolen it's bounce
Where once butterflies fluttered magnificem\ntly
The scars of blood remains.

No more yellow to brighten the day
No more grass to dry as hay
No more laughs of playing in the field
Only the bullets shattering life.

Come out again beautiful tulip
Take up our sorrows with your colour
Shune away the blood of battle
And take proud stand of your beloved field.
