Best Laid Plans
Its almost three years now
Three years this coming May
Our plan came to fruition
We still make plans today
Back then on that weekend
Although rainy was the weather
We planned candles and firelight
Our good plan came together
Our escapades and adventures
Both agreed would then continue
I love a great thought out plan
Especially one made with you
We both make it into paradise
Our love as so much power
Sweet sensations felt by two
Be it in sun or in the shower
We make the magic happen
There’s nothing we can’t do
When two hearts are put together
Any place or adventure will do
We grasp, sense and both feel
Embraced in those loving hands
When thoughts are shared together
Brings about the best laid plans
