EmpireChapbooks is the original thought and design of Spyder's Poetry Empire, underwritten by Spyder's Empire.

If you are granted an EmpireChapbook for publication on Spyder's Poetry Empire, the following conditions apply:

  • (sorry the rules are so tough, I'm just tired of my ideas and formats being copied and also  being used only for the bandwidth. Long time people here know what happened with the Private Collections - and that won't happen to me again.)
  • The work you submit, must be original to you—meaning that YOU and ONLY you are the original author. 
  • You may not post work that you and another person co-wrote—you must be the sole author.
  • All work submitted MUST be rated from "G" to "R." There may be NO erotica whatsoever in the writing.

Linking procedures:

  • All EmpireChapbooks will reside on spydersempire.com.
  • If you have a website of your own, and you desire to link to your EmpireChapbook - you may ONLY link to the main opening page of Spyder's Poetry Empire at: http://www.spydersempire.com/poetry.htm. The viewer will find their way to your EmpireChapbook from the menus located in many places on this overall site.
  • A graphic will be provided to you to use if you like - that announces that you have an EmpireChapbook located within Spyder's Poetry Empire, and that graphic may be linked to the opening door of Spyder's Poetry Empire at: http://www.spydersempire.com/poetry.htm.
  • Anyone linking to his/her EmpireChapbook directly from their website, or any other site, meaning that they are using the exact/direct URL of the EmpireChapbook, have the book removed from the site, and if you are a writer here, you will loose all posting privileges throughout Spyder's Poetry Empire - sitewide.
  • Note: Spyder's Poetry Empire has tracking devices that show who, what and where any page within the Empire as a whole is being viewed. You will be discovered if you link to the EmpireChapbook directly.
  • Spyder's Poetry Empire reserves the right to remove EmpireChapbooks without prior notice or explanation why.
  • Please be advised - if you post here - you have authorized Spyder's Empire to display your work on the internet.  Be careful what you write - and know that the whole world has the ability to read your words.  
  • IMPORTANT: Spyder's Empire will not go back - AT ANY TIME - through the EmpireChapbooks of work to pluck out work submitted here because you either had a change of heart, you don't like the name you wrote under, or used the wrong name when you submitted work, just don't want to post here anymore - OR FOR WHATEVER REASON.
