"Goblins"
Whatever happens to the goblins, dad,
Who come out at night and make me sad?
They play with my toys and animals too,
Crawl under my be and make me blue!
Why don't they, dad, come out in light?
Would seeing them cause to much fright?
Please tell me dad, what can I say
To make them go away and stay.
You must be brave, son, and do not cower,
And every night after you short-lived shower,
You go into you room an look around
To see if goblins can be found.
And if you see one, then you must say
Get out and don't come here to play!
My dad has told me, for your information
You're nothing more than imagination!
