What is it with Southern California anyway?
I am a magnet to it.
Certainly not my choice.
Seems to me, I should ask; "Where are you from?" FIRST,
Then run away accordingly.
Ever get the feeling your jumping directly into fire?
Hear the whistle from the approaching train,
but stand on the tracks nonetheless?
So much for that theory.
I'm not only on fire,
I'm tied to the damn tracks.
I am destined to be in California.
So it is written,
Someday it shall be.
