"Circles Of Morning Light"

Morning sunlight dances on the wall
Kaleidoscopic icons, speak, surreal
Slowly fading in . . . then out again
Surrounding me with patterns and design

This silent time at dawn,
Aurora breaking in to close the night
Comes in early . . . leaves too soon
And then, the rush of day begins

‘Til I can lay my body down again
And dream of morning light
When my kaleidoscope of colors
Will reveal themselves once more
