"Here I Await You"

I look over the hill at emptiness
a lost hated relative,my stomach turns
my chest heaves,I hold my heart as I listen to the trees
they sing a song of tragedy of two young lovers who took their love too far
but here I am alone
deserted by the memories that rip me apart
Here I am calm
I await a prophet to save me, as the dead lurk around my domain
here I am safe
but I love it here in this own personal purgatory nothing can hurt me
anymore not even memories
here I am
Here I am God
waiting to die
take me from this heaven
so I can experience the pleasures of hell.
teach me to bleed as you did
for now I live as you did
a fading memory
