"I Have No Need Of Passion"
I have no need of passion,
my music sustains me.
I have no need of sweetness,
my poetry does too.
I have no need of music,
my jumbled thoughts sustain me.
I have no need of poetry,
I have silence.
I turned to music and I turned to
poetry
in silence from the world.
So far, they are the only things that have
smiled back.
My jumbled thoughts are driving
my tired mind insane.
And it is getting dark outside,
yes, it's about to rain.
I have no need of any feeling.
It only causes pain.
